SkinCandy is an Australian small business selling handcrafted natural balms. All products are made in Australia using natural ingredients.
2. Products
- All SkinCandy products are handcrafted in small batches. Minor variations in colour, texture and scent between batches are normal and reflect the natural ingredients used.
- Product images on the website are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from the actual product.
- We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.
3. Pricing
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are in addition to product prices.
4. Orders
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
5. Shipping
- We ship Australia-wide and offer international shipping to selected countries.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances outside our control.
- Free shipping is available on Australian orders over $99.
- We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.
6. Payments
We accept payment via major credit cards, PayPal and other methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. SkinCandy does not store your payment details.
7. Allergies & Skin Sensitivity
- SkinCandy products contain natural ingredients including beeswax, Manuka honey, plant oils and essential oils.
- If you have known allergies to any of our ingredients please check the full ingredient list on each product page before purchasing.
- We recommend a patch test before first use, particularly for sensitive skin.
- SkinCandy accepts no liability for adverse reactions resulting from known allergies or failure to patch test.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on skincandy.com.au including text, images, logos and product descriptions is the property of SkinCandy and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, SkinCandy’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
